Hiboo winner of the "Construction Startup Competition" 2020
Hiboo selected among the 5 winners of the "Construction Startup Competition" organized by CEMEX Ventures, Hilti, Leonard from Vinci Group, Nova from Saint-Gobain and Ferrovial.
This year with initially more than 700 participants, Hiboo was the only French company in the ten startups selected for the final round. The jury was composed of Gonzalo Galindo, Head of CEMEX Ventures, Javier Royo, Head of Innovation at Ferrovial Construction, Alona Shaked, Innovation Manager at Hilti, Julien Villalongue, Managing Director of Leonard (VINCI Group) and Minas Apelian, VP, R&D & Global Director of NOVA External Ventures (Saint-Gobain).
As one of the 5 winners, Hiboo will have the opportunity to present its solution in 2021 at BuiltWorlds (Chicago, USA), one of the world's largest events in the construction industry.

The biggest competition for startups in construction
The Construction Startup Competition, which began in 2017 and is celebrating its fourth edition, seeks "to find the most innovative startups that are revolutionising the construction industry".
It is the union of CEMEX Ventures, Hilti, Ferrovial, Leonard from the Vinci Group and Nova from Saint Gobain that made it possible to launch this worldwide competition. This year, 76 countries participated in the fourth edition of the competition with the largest number of participants from the United States, Spain, United Kingdom, Mexico, Colombia, India and Germany.
The other 4 winners of the 2020 edition are : CarbiCrete (Canada), Modulous (United Kingdom), Okibo (Israel) and Voyage Control (United Kingdom).
